Anna Wiktorowska
Deputy Chief of Party, Iraq
Anna Wiktorowska currently serves as Deputy Chief of Party in Iraq. She brings over 15 years of experience in democracy and governance project development, implementation, management and evaluation in more than 10 countries, primarily developing and post-conflict. Her areas of expertise include: elections, outreach, community development, electoral reform, local governance and NGO sector development.
Returning to her current position after spending time as IFES Deputy Chief of Party in Lebanon, Wiktorowska has also served Deputy Director in Azerbaijan and Project Manager in Nigeria for IFES.
Wiktorowska holds a master’s degree in international law studies from the University of Lodz and post master’s degree in psychology of human resources management from the University of Warsaw. She is a native Polish speaker, fluent in English and has working knowledge of Russian.
