Richard Chambers, IFES chief of party in Lebanon, will be joined by Mona Yacoubian, director of USIP's Lebanon Working Group, and Perry Cammack, Democratic professional staff member with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The panelists will discuss the new Lebanese government recently announced after more than 5 months of political stalemate since the June elections.
